Seeing as how global jihad supporting individuals have operated more or less openly - both on the Internet and on the streets of Nazareth - since at least 2004, this story should come as no surprise:

The activity occurs under the name of "Ansarollah Bayt al-Maqdese, Nazaret" and appears to be linked to the Islamic Center of Nazaret. As I said, this is not, or should not, be news to anyone. How these guys were able to operate for so long, and to literally get away with murder is a good question with no good answer.
