AFP reports the capture in Tajikistan of three Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan activists recently arrived from Afghanistan. A search of their place turned up weapons, explosives, and communications gear. The report is dated 23 July 2009, dateline Dushanbe.
Interfax adds a few more details. The three were ordered to Tajikistan by Yuldashev himself, they were detained in Kalai-Khumb, but the house they were renting was in Khorog, all in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region in eastern Tajikistan.
